A $2.9-million Scottish estate with North Berwick West Links’ infamous 16th green — which Phil Mickelson once called the “craziest green” he’d ever seen — as a veritable backyard. Not too shabby.

Suffice to say, what it lacks in modern amenities — you’ll just have to install those smart thermostats yourself — it more than makes up for with history.
