Ray Lucas returned a gross three under par 69 to win the January Rivoli Monthly Medal at Arabian Ranches Golf Club.
Lucas, one of the club’s top performers, posted a front nine of 35 and a back nine of 34 on his way to the title. Lucas has also recently been included in the ARGC Scratch League team for their opening match later this month.
Lucas commented after his round “I’m happy with my performance today, it is a special event to win”. He continued; “My thanks go out to the sponsors for their support and congratulations to all today’s winners.”
Mark Gathercole and Nicola Breeze, Arabian Ranches Golf Club Captain’s, commented at the prize giving; “We want to thank The Rivoli Group for their generous support in one of the Club’s most prestigious events.”
