Matthew Fitzpatrick became the latest to express displeasure at how far Bryson DeChambeau is hitting the golf ball these days when he said, “It just makes a mockery of the game” during last week’s BMW PGA Championship. Matthew might not want to watch these videos of Kyle Berkshire then.

While Bryson has become arguably the longest hitter on the PGA Tour after gaining some 40-to-50 pounds, he is a bunter compared to the reigning World Long Drive champ. Berkshire brings new meaning to the phrase “overpowering a golf course,” and his Instagram feed is filled with laughable examples of him bringing long holes to their knees.

Well, probably not laughable to people like Fitzpatrick. Shield your eyes, golf purists! Here’s Berkshire reaching a 586-yard par 5 with a driver and a wedge:

Here’s how I played the 578 Yard 9th hole of the “Longest 9” at Meadows Farms Golf Course! It was a ton of fun playing all 27 holes at the property and the game is looking really solid ???? 1st shot: Driver leaked slightly right into the rough 2nd shot: 46 degree from 192 yards over the trees onto the right center of the green 3rd shot: Lag putt from 50 feet 4th shot: Rolled it in for a ?

Here he is nearly reaching a 687-yard par 5 with a driver and an iron:

Here was my favorite hole from my round at @crosswaterclub the other day! This was an absolute beast of a par 5 at 687 yards into a headwind ? Kinda annoyed I thinned my second shot a bit… would’ve been cool to be able to say I reached this green in two with an iron… maybe next time ? 1st shot: Hellacious seed up the center of the fairway 2nd shot: 2 iron from 320 yards to just short of the green 3rd shot: chip with a lob wedge to 4 feet 4th shot: canned it for a ?

And here he is finding the green on a 444-yard par 4 with his tee shot using a 7-iron:

Here’s how I played the 444 yard 13th hole at Rochelle Ranch Golf Club! This hole features a huge dogleg left around a lake with a direct carry to the green of roughly 300 yards. With it being very windy and at 7,000 feet of elevation, it’s pretty amazing how far the ball goes at this course ? 1st shot: 7-Iron off the tee to about 25 feet pin high right 2nd shot: rolled it in for an eagle ? Side note: I was hitting it pretty well this round and hit 8/11 greens thus far but hadn’t got a single birdie putt to fall despite lipping out on 4 or 5 of them, which was why I laughed when I made the putt for an eagle here. I ended up not making a single birdie all round… golf is a funny game sometimes ??

Just absurd stuff. OK, so it’s only about a 300-yard carry, but that’s not how the hole is supposed to be played. Play the game with some structure, Kyle, geez! Think of the kids! And mid-twentysomethings like Fitzpatrick!

Anyway, you get the point. Kyle plays a different game and he recently promised to share a video of him playing an 841-yard par 6. Don’t worry, Matthew, it should take him three shots to reach that one. We think.
